I found the staff to be friendly and professional . The leisure facilities were spotlessly clean. The hotel's central location made it easy to access nearby attractions. The breakfast room offered a great, spacious dining experience.

I had a slight issue with disorganization regarding the use of leisure facilities.

The staff proved helpful. the room had a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning, especially appreciated during warmer weather. the breakfast included many options, with both hot and cold choices. I really enjoyed the fresh fruit selection!!!

i noticed a small stain on the carpet near the window, which didn't impact my stay, but it was there.

Hydro Proximity Stay

short walk many choices such kindness overall ease

The location proved ideal for attending a show. A short walk took me to the Hydro arena. I found breakfast a treat with so many choices, I ate a lot. The staff all showed such kindness and always offered assistance. I appreciated the overall ease I felt there.

The night porter presented himself in a manner I found unpleasant, almost confrontational. I found this particularly troubling given the harsh weather with heavy rain and freezing temperatures.

The double room had carpet. I found it good, and the room had adjustable temperature controls for personal comfort. Cleanliness was really good, it made the room so good.

they were just so friendly and helpful right from the start! i was able to check in early and the reception staff gave me the best directions i needed. it was just the perfect welcome i could have asked for after a long journey!

the room had a slightly musty smell i noticed right away but i only noticed it when i first entered the room and it wasn't very strong

the hotel features a gym open 24/7 i could workout at any time i wanted! the pool and spa facilities provide extended hours over the weekend for guest use i was so happy to benefit from them!

the reception staff is excellent and provides information about local attractions and directions around the area. one staff member provided detailed directions and information and another was very attentive during dinner.
